Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy a TradeSimplr product. Please read them before purchasing.
These Terms of Sale apply to your purchase of any product from TradeSimplr (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
What you are buying
TradeSimplr sells automated trading systems and the accompanying setup guides, documentation and learning materials for use with the MetaTrader 5 platform. When you buy a package (CORE, EDGE or ACCELERATOR), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the included systems and materials for your own use.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the website in Australian dollars (AUD) and are payable at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes or charges that may apply in your location.
Delivery
Our products are digital. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your product and its guides by email. If you have not received your product shortly after purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact hello@tradesimplr.com and we will make sure you get it.
Licence and acceptable use
The systems and materials are licensed to you, not sold outright. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or reverse engineer the systems or materials, or make them available to anyone else, without our written permission.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and are delivered to you immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and accessed. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you may be entitled to a remedy. If something isn’t right, contact us at hello@tradesimplr.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
No financial advice
TradeSimplr provides software and educational materials. We do not provide personal financial advice, and nothing you buy from us is a recommendation to trade or a guarantee of any financial outcome. Please read our Risk Disclaimer in full before purchasing.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or change our products and these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published at the time you buy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
