How TradeSimplr collects, uses and protects your information — in plain English.
This Privacy Policy explains how TradeSimplr (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you visit our website or purchase our products. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us through our form or by email, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message. When you buy a product, our payment provider collects the details needed to process your payment.
Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the email address associated with it so we can deliver your product.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site (including campaign and referral information such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To process your purchase and deliver the products and guides you buy.
- To send you information directly related to your purchase (such as setup instructions).
- To understand which campaigns, pages and products are working, and to improve the website and our marketing.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to remember how you arrived (so we can measure our advertising), and to understand how visitors use the site. This includes:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to measure site traffic, page performance and conversions.
- Meta Pixel — to measure the performance of advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences and Google Ad Center.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run TradeSimplr:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — website hosting and form handling.
- Make — automation that delivers your product after purchase.
- Google and Meta — website analytics and advertising measurement.
- Our email provider — to send you purchase and support emails.
These providers may process and store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what is necessary for them to perform their service.
How we store and protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about how we handle it, by emailing hello@tradesimplr.com. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Children
Our products and website are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was most recently changed.
